April 16 through May 10 = 75% refund less a $20 processing fee

May 11 through May 31= 50% refund less a $20 processing fee

All FSHS meeting participants are required to stay at the hotel hosting the conference venue. No third party reservations are valid. In order to keep your prices low, we guarantee that participants will register through the FSHS block. All FSHS Meeting Registrants are required to stay in the host hotel (Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort) within the FSHS Room Block which can be accessed via the link above. Booking via Hotels.com, Expedia, etc. does not fulfill this requirement. If you choose not to book using the FSHS Hilton reservation link, you will be subject to the $250 Facilities Usage Fee. Daytona Beach residents are exempt from this requirement.
